dbfsdownload

This command allows you to retrieve any file or directory from the dbfs at the command line. You need to specify the DBFS directory and name of the file/directory you want. The file/directory will be saved to the current directory. DBFS Directories should be specified absolutely (starting with a slash) from the root of the filesystem. Any filenames containing spaces should be enclosed in quotation marks (eg: ``Adoption Form.doc'')

Examples:

asmcmd dbfsdownload /reports head.dat

asmcmd dbfsdownload /templates AdoptionForm.doc

asmcmd dbfsdownload / internet

Note that you should put quotes around any directory or file names containing spaces.
