Generating Diary Tasks for Animals

Once you have diary tasks set up, you can execute them against an animal by simply opening the animal's record and clicking on the Execute Diary Task button. A popup window will appear asking you to select the diary task you wish to run against the animal. Simply highlight it in the list and click ok.

If the task you have selected has any items that require a date (like the starve item in our example), you will be prompted for the date with the name of the item that requested it (eg: Item ``Starve'' in Task ``Starve and Neuter'' requires a date).

Appropriate diary notes will be created in the general diary and attached to the animal.
