Printing the Vets Diary

The Vets diary is a cross between the General Diary and the Vaccination Diary. It is highly useful for shelters that have their own clinic or vets. The vets diary will show you a list of all general diary notes on the system, due today (or before) that are tied to a specific animal and marked for the attention of a person named ``Vets'' (Note: It only has to be assigned to the word ``Vets'' - it is not necessary to create a system user with that name).

It will then mix appropriately the vaccinations from the vaccination diary (ie. Vaccinations required today or before for animals on the shelter) and break them down by internal location (so a list of what requires doing to each animal within each area of the shelter is produced).

NOTE: This report will not filter out diary notes for animals that are no longer on the shelter (ie. Just because the animal has left does not mean the task doesn't need doing). If an animal is not on the shelter for any reason but still has an active diary note, it will be listed under the last internal location the system saw that animal in. The animal's logical current location will be shown beside it to inform you that the animal is no longer on the shelter and for what reason. The vaccinations however will be filtered to only include shelter animals. You will need to run the Vaccination Off Shelter Diary if you want this information.
