Backing up

If you are using ASM's built in, local database, then backing up is simple. All you need to do is copy the files prefixed with localdb in $HOME/.asm

For Windows XP, this is C:\Documents and Settings\User\.asm, for Windows Vista and 7, C:\Users\User\.asm

You can restore by copying those files back to their original location.
